Additional Info: Emily has been EMDR trained for over 10 years and regularly utilizes this approach in helping clients struggling with past trauma move from surviving to thriving. In her spare time, Emily enjoys exploring new places with her family, binging reality tv shows, reading

a good psychological thriller, and creating meaningful connections with the people closest to

her.

Additional Info: Jessica has practiced in the fields of child welfare, correctional facilities, and school-based services. She is passionate about working with clients to help them feel their most effective and empowered. Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors camping, boating, fishing, and

hunting with her family. She loves animals and lives on a small hobby farm with goats, potbelly

pigs, and chickens!

Education: Masters Degree in Community Mental Health from the University of Nebraska- Kearney

 

Additional Info: Nicola has previously worked in an acute mental health hospital, which has given her valuable knowledge and experience. Nicola believes that to help facilitate growth and change you must first create an authentic and trusting therapeutic relationship with her clients. Her goal is to help individuals manage their mental health challenges and enhance their overall quality of life. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and cuddling up to her fur babies.
